Pamela Harrison was first elected to the ZPC in 1965 but resigned in 1985 when she was umable to produce enough black and white work due to her medical commitments.  She was re-elected in 2003.  her first interest has always been in bird photography away from the nest and despite criticism, without the use of a tripod. She illustrated many articles and lectures given by her late husband Jeffrey.  Her application to the RPS for Fellowship was successful in 1975 and she received the Kearton Medal for nature photography from the RGS in 1976.  Pamela is now particularly interested in digital photography.
